Community Health Worker (CHW) Informational Session Zero is Available!
Interested in becoming a Community Health Worker (CHW)? Practice Transformation Institute (PTI) is offering two opportunities for you to be part of their CHW educational program. PTI recently held CHW informational sessions (Session Zero), but if you missed one, you may watch the one-hour recording on-demand here: https://youtu.be/Ru2v2zKOBSs.
Session Zero is a mandatory event that contains vital information about the program. Attending this session will ensure that you are well-informed about the program’s details and requirements. Additionally, at the end of the session, you will be provided with the program application link. The application is the next step in determining whether you will be accepted into one of the upcoming scheduled programs. Space is limited; however, we do have some openings available in both the Tuesday and Thursday options. All applications will be reviewed prior to a final decision regarding participation.
